the hotel's location right next to the railway station was convenient for us as we traveled by train. the staff, especially Vanessa at reception, were friendly and went above and beyond to help us replace our broken adaptor. the restaurant within the complex had a wide variety of delicious and affordable dishes, and the locals highly recommended it. the room, though slightly dated in decor, was clean and comfortable, with reliable WiFi. We also enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the city, with its pleasant cafes and green spaces along the river.

Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were warm during winter and had air conditioning for the summer. The hotel's restaurant was a pleasant surprise with a diverse menu offering innovative Bulgarian dishes. I enjoyed what was probably the best meal I had during my trip to Bulgaria. The value for money was outstanding, especially considering the reasonable price of 30lv for a single room. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience.
